Information you choose to provide
If you subscribe to EUC Risk updates, we collect your email address and subscription status through Kit. Kit processes the signup and confirmation and manages email delivery and unsubscribe requests. It may also process technical and email-engagement information associated with those services.
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential business files.
Website hosting and security
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website. This can include IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs. WordPress also uses essential cookies for authorized site administrators.
Optional analytics
With your permission, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and use of our guides. Analytics can process device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed and interaction information. We do not load the Analytics tag until you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage and advertising personalization are not enabled by this site’s consent code.
You can choose “Essential only,” or reopen “Cookie choices” in the footer at any time. The website stores that preference in your browser. Declining does not restrict access to the guides. Changing the preference stops future Analytics collection through this website; it does not automatically erase information already processed by Google.
How we use information

We use service providers for these purposes. We do not sell subscriber email addresses or publish them on the website. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to their terms and safeguards.

We may need to confirm your identity and retain limited records where necessary to honor an unsubscribe request, protect the service or meet an applicable obligation.
Retention
We keep subscription information while needed to manage the subscription and related suppression records. We retain correspondence as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. Hosting and analytics data are subject to the settings and retention processes of the relevant provider.
